High viscosity gear pump range of application:

Medium temperature: -10℃ ~ +250 ℃
Medium viscosity: 1~300,000 CST
Flow: 0~250 m3 / h
Suitable for medium temperature -10℃~250℃. Suitable for medium viscosity 1cst~300,000 CST.
High viscosity pump is also made of precision cast stainless steel suitable for conveying corrosive media.

High viscosity gear pump Structure

  1. High viscosity pump is mainly composed of internal and external rotor, shaft, pump body, pump cover, bracket, seal and bearing.
  2. Liquid transportation is stable, without pulsation, with little vibration and low noise.
  3. Pump speed and flow are linear function, can change the speed to change the flow of the pump.
  4. Especially suitable for high viscosity medium transport.
  5. Shaft end adopts mechanical seal.
  6. Maximally prevents leakage.
  7. Optional samarium cobalt permanent magnets allow operating temperatures up to 250 degrees Celsius.
  8. Pump can be delivered in both directions.
  9. External heating jacket for front cover and magnetic coupling shield sleeve is standard optional.

Matters needing attention when using:

  • The pipe diameter of the inlet and outlet pipelines must be consistent with the pump;
  • When designing pipelines, elbow should be reduced as far as possible. Elbow Angle should not be too small, and inlet pipeline should not be too long, so as not to affect self-priming.
  • Before the start of each oil cup should be home lubricating oil, and ensure that refueling once a day.
  • Pump should start the motor before work, observe whether the steering is consistent with the specified steering.
  • After starting up, observe whether the operation is normal. If there is abnormal noise, special vibration or excessively high temperature rise. Stop the machine for inspect
  • Pay attention to whether the belt tightness is appropriate, every half a year to adjust.
