What is chemical pump?Chemical pump is the national joint design of energy saving pump, pump performance, technical requirements, according to the international standard BAIISO2858 provided by the performance and size of the design, its advantages: the whole series of water performance layout is reasonable, the user choice range is wide, “after open” structure, easy maintenance, efficiency and suction reach the international advanced level.

Chemical pump classification: stainless steel chemical pump, plastic chemical pump, fluorine plastic chemical pump, electric chemical pump, pneumatic diaphragm pump.
Widely used in industrial, urban water supply, drainage, can also be used in farmland, orchards irrigation and drainage, for the transport of water or physical and chemical properties of other liquids similar to water.

Classification:

According to the different chemical pump materials, its application fields are classified as follows:

1) chemical pump (stainless steel material) is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, synthetic fiber, pharmaceutical, food, synthetic fiber and other departments for conveying alkaline corrosion medium;
2) chemical pump (fluorine plastic material) used to transport any acid, alkaline corrosive medium;
3) chemical pump (cast iron material) for industrial, urban water supply, drainage, can also be used for farmland, orchard drainage and irrigation, for the transport of water or physical and chemical properties of other liquids similar to water.
According to the different use of chemical pump, its classification is detailed:
1) Process pumps: including vertical chemical pump, return pump, circulating pump, wash pump, sewage pump, supplement pump, output pump, etc.
2) Public utility pumps: including boiler pumps, cool water tower pumps, fire pumps, deep well pumps for water sources, etc.
3) Auxiliary pumps: including lubricating oil pump, sealing oil pump, hydraulic transmission pump, etc.
4) Pipeline pump: pump for oil pipeline, pump for loading and unloading vehicles, etc.

Classification according to working principle and structure:

1) vane pump: when the pump shaft rotates, it drives all kinds of impeller blades to give the liquid with centrifugal force or axial force, and transfers the liquid to the pipeline or container, such as centrifugal pump, vortex pump, mixed flow pump and axial flow pump.
2) Positive displacement pump: the use of pump cylinder volume of continuous changes in the delivery of liquid pump, such as reciprocating pump, piston pump, screw pump.
3) Other forms of pumps: electromagnetic pumps using electromagnetic transport liquid conductance body state;
Pumps that use fluid energy to transport liquids, such as jet pumps, air lifts, etc.

Classification by conveying medium:

1) Water pump: including clean water pump, boiler feed water pump, condensate water pump, hot water pump.
2) Corrosion resistant pumps: including stainless steel pumps, high silicon cast iron kcb gear pump, ceramic acid-resistant pumps, impermeable graphite pumps, hard rubber lining pumps, hard PVC pumps, shielding pumps, diaphragm pumps, titanium pumps, etc.
3) Impurity pump: including slurry pump, sand pump, sewage pump, pulverized coal pump, ash pump, etc.
4) Oil pump: cold oil pump, hot oil pump, submersible oil pump, oil slurry pump, liquid hydrocarbon pump, etc.

Classified by conditions of use:

1) Large flow and small flow pump: flow of 300m³/min and 0.01L /min respectively;
2) High temperature pump and low temperature pump: high temperature up to 500℃, low temperature up to a Z53℃;
3) high pressure pump and low pressure pump: high pressure up to 200MPa, vacuum 2.66– 10.66KPa (20-80mmHg);
4) High speed pump and low speed pump: high speed up to 24000r /min, low speed 5-10r /min;
5) Accurate metering pump: the metering accuracy of the flow is up to ± 0.3%;
6) high viscosity pump: viscosity of thousands of Pa·s (Pa·s).
